BCBS NC State Employee Plan, Any Advice?

Does anybody have any experience with the BCBS NC State Employee Plan? If so, can you tell me what they require as far as a six month diet? I've also heard that they require 6 months of a weekly visit with a nutritionist..... If anyone has been covered by this plan, can you please give me some advice for getting approved?
