I went to WW in May, June, & July (my dr suggests WW as the best).  In August i went to the pulmonist, and they didn't weigh me, but I am too much for the scales at the dr's office so they asked my weight and I told him. Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, will be at a hospital weight management class, the nutritionist there is working with me for that approval.(surgeon recommends program) Would you say I have met the requirement?

I had an appointment with my family dr last night.  He is writing a letter stating that I have been five years of supervised diet with no success.  Since we have documented every time I have gone, and I can not be weighed in their office, he thinks that will satisfy them. Let's hope so!

How much of a grace period do you think you have on the monthly visits?

I'm headed in on Thursday to start my program (still getting runaround from BCBS of TX but I know I'll have to do it to have any hope of prevailing). Problem is I'm having non-wls surgery in a couple of weeks and will be home bound for 4-6 weeks with limited standing ability.  Hqw hard do the reviewers take the check in requirement?
