Humana anyone?

My current insurance company is changing in January to Humana/ChoiceCare PPO.  Does anyone have any info with the requirements for obesity surgery with this insurance company and how easy they are to deal with?   Thanks in advance for any advice!  :-) T

I would really like to know this also..I have Humana Choice PPO...I went to my consultation for lapband already and they are about to submit my documents to insurance company...does any body know about any requirments? Thanks
