Insurance now covers, but i already paid.

I have BCBS of Alabama.  I was denied, then appealed, and was denied again.  6 months later, they started covering the procedure.  will they go back and reimburse me?  Can I file for something like that? Thanks

They probably won't but heck give it a shot why not.
