Employeer Exclusions

Can anyone help? I have BCBS of GA and work for the new at&t formerly Cingular Wireless and my employeer has excluded WLS. Any idea on how to get around it? Doc says husband wont live to see 40 without WLS and is almost 33. HELP!!!!!I!!

Exact same thing with my insurance.  Ive appealed 3 times and went directly to HR at my job and basically begged for an exception to policy.  I was told no.
