So Paul, did you also include before pics of your size? I was thinking of including my life history in pics. I just recently moved to NC (about 2 years) and I would have to get my records from my previous PCP. My current PCP only has about a years worth of history. I feel like my previous PCP's will give me problems with getting the info I need. If I include pics of me going as far back as childhood, do you think they will accept that? In my pics it is evident that I have always been obese.

Thanks Paul, that is an excellent idea. I have an consult with my surgeon 2 weeks from Thurs. I'm going to take him my previous doctors info and have them request the records.
