BCBS - God Bless It!!!! - Update

Ok So I had to have the paperowrk resubmitted. Trying not to bother the UM or the Ins Co. I'm not trying to **** anybody off! Its been on my mind ALL morning so I call.....the UM with her nonchalant self says oh yeah I have a letter here on my desk I have a note to call you!!! I have 80 MRI's to go through....Now I'm in HR you never tell a person your work load...they don't give a Shhhh!   N e way, she says that the ins co is upholding the denial because the 5 yr history was signed by the appropriate professional. HUH! First the surgeons office has me do a general letter with 5 wts...what BCBS has asked for in the past...they say they need dr's notes...give em the notes and they say they aren't signed......come on. Give me a flippin' break. The hoops are getting higher and higher! So the UM circled the doctors name and is resubmitting the paperwork AGAIN. Now my question is...do I call the ins co. today, tomorow or wait for the UM to call me??????

Call them tomorrow, I usually give 2 to 3 days after I know they have the files. This is to check if the insurance is under review. Good Luck
