Has anyone had this with Aetna??

I had the exact same thing with Aetna. I really think they reject right off the bat hoping alot of people give up.  A certain amount will stop.  I finally was able to get it covered on the 2nd try.  We resent the same and even more proof and boom I was approved. 

I will warn you that I am not fighting them over fills.  I found out on my 4th fill that they will not cover them.  I am going to fight them hard on this.  The lapband surgery only works when you are diligent with the fills and they should be paid just like a specialist.  They can negotiate for the price of the fill where I can't.
