5 year history

Do insurance companies want to see in your 5 year history that you have been Morbidly Obese for all of those years?  And, if you are Morbidly Obese 3 out of the 5 years, is it an automatic denial for surgery?

Nelly each and every insurance company has their own criteria that has to be met, you might want to check on your individual insurance first to see if your coverage has WLS  and if so what criteria has to be met.

I would see what your written policy says, the 5 year requirement is rare, so dont get worried before you see it
