I have a question

I have A company called Benefit Management Services a sub company of Blue Cross Blue Shield...Anyway, I have my surgery June 12 of this year and was pre certified and approved, now they wont pay my surgeon has been denied twice...They paid 100% for the hospital, pre op, and anesthesia  but deny surgeon...Drs office is working on it just wanted any input...
