VSG & BCBS

New questions for ya'll:

Anyone successfully get BCBS of IL to pay for VSG?

If so, how long did it take?

Did your surgeon's office assist you in any way?

If the VSG is investigational on their medical policy PM and I have some information that may be helpful in attempting to get the VSG approved and the way to go about it

It is considered investigational.
