Loan options besides care credit

Can anyone recommend loan options besides care credit. We are self employed and Kaiser does not cover the surgery. We were relying on care credit but the hospital does not accept cc so I'm super bummed. I don't think I will get approved for a credit card that high any medical loan companies anyone can recommend?
