Good Morning!!
Hello all! I've missed everyone terribly and will catch up on all the posts later...but just wanted to let everyone know that I am back from Playcation and back to the grindstone
....... I really have been spoiled the past couple of days and could REALLY get used to being treated like a Princess!!! I will give you all the details later, but long story made short.....I married the sweetest, kindest, most loving and caring person on the face of the earth (or at least the best possible person FOR ME) and have no doubt that I must have done SOMETHING right at least once in my life to deserve such happiness
I've got some major work issues coming up this week and need all the good thoughts I can get. Love you all and will catch up with you later!!
Kim

Hi Beth!
Trust me, you are much better off NOT working for the state! I do work for Bryce Hospital, and if you did clinicals there you have an idea of how a ward is set up ( in the new building) I work on Admissions, never a dull moment but it isnt worth what I have to do and what they pay me. They now pay RN's 35.00 an hour for contract nursing, with no benefits. Doing meds for 2 wards is ROUGH, and you just have to hope and pray a code green (fighting) isnt called while your on another ward. It gets harrowing sometimes.
The no showers, showed up so it was a quiet night, just 4 more to get through until I get ONE whole day off. Ive just about had my fill of psych nursing. It does get next to you after 11 years
It REALLY gets scary when you see former co workers come through as patients. I hope I can leave it before it drives me insane. It is very interesting tho, if only crack addicts could see a drug induced psychosis that will never be cured, it would STOP the drug problem, big time. Hope your night is going better!
Love,
Sandy

I LOVE mexican too! I hardly ever get down to Pelham, so you pick the place and ya'll just let me know! I don't anticipate any problems getting away from the office and look forward to meeting ya'll too
It feels so good to finally be actually meeting some of you!!
I love living in Springville.....don't really like the drive to Hoover everyday but it is worth it to go home to the country every night. I've only been there about 2 years but do love it and it feels like HOME.
