Saturday Oct 6th is the Womens Health Experience which is sponsored by Christ Hospital, Cincinnati...this year it's being held downtown at convention center (Duke Energy) Dr. Sonnanstine is a guest speaker, (he is scheduled for 2pm)...and keynote speaker is Carnie Wilson...it's going to be a very awesome event, I went last year ...this year it's bigger and better. If you attend please stop by the booth for Tristate surgical weight loss center and ask if they can find me...I will ask those working the booth to keep my number incase someone wants to meet up... Hi Brenda! I'll definitely be there.....already bought my ticket. Can't wait to hear Dr. S speak and Carnie Wilson. And...there are a couple of other classes I'd like to attend dealing with women's health.

Rhonda....you've got issues!! But you know I love ya anyway! Besides...you know the only guy I want to see in scrubs is the one we saw in Jeffersonville....that held the door open for us walking into a certain store!

Chris, I just wanted to tell you that you're looking FREAKING AWSOME!!!! I can't believe how much you have changed since your surgery. What are you doing to keep your weight loss up? Mine has slowed down so much; I would love to know what you're doing. I hope you don't mind me asking. I don't know if Mike and I can make it to the convention, but I wish we could. It would be nice to meet some of you guys. I'll have to look into it. Hope y'all have fun! Dee

Hey, that response went to me not to Chris...but I will draw her attention to it...she does look incredible..I saw her the other day when we attend Dr. Sonnanstine's video night...I told her she has changed so much since last time I saw her..she is awesome!!

Awwww....thanks Dee! Mine has slowed down too....but I do my best to keep up with a high protein, low carb diet. It's when I eat carbs that I get into trouble.....Cheez-Its are pure evil!! I also try to exercise. I haven't been as diligent with it lately as I should be, but I know that it really does help me to lose quicker while toning up my body. Plus I drink 80-100 oz of water a day.......that way I get exercise running to the bathroom all day long!

I would love it if you and Mike could come to the convention. I'd love to meet you both! If you do decide to come up, let me know. Maybe we can get together afterward for dinner or something.

Where can the tickets be purchased? What is the cost? What time does it start and finish? What is the exact address so I can use mapquest? I really would love to be able to attend. Oh yea how do I get a schedule of the differnet classes offered? Thank you, Gerri
