Hi Tracey! Where did you buy it? Did you get it on-line or a health food store? I can't wait to try it! Gloria

Tracy, I make my own protein pudding. I got the idea from my surgeon's list of foods that we are allowed to have. All I do is add protein powder to my sugar-free pudding flavors. For example: sugar-free chocolate pudding I add 2 scoops of chocolate to my pudding and then refrigerate it. For vanilla, postacio, lemon, etc. pudding I add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to the sugar-free puddings. It tastes really good, and you get a good source of your protein in for the day. *Kathy

Hi, Tracy! I thought Sly's stuff was pretty good, too, but very pricey. I found a pretty good homemade version online. You have to adjust the amount of powder based on how big the scoops are, but I think it tastes really good. 1 package FF/SF instant pudding in your choice of flavor 2-3 scoops of protein powder 3 cups of skim milk Blend or mix for two minutes. Chill until firm, about 20 minutes.
