Hello all!! What's for lunch?? I had a 290 calorie (32g) protein bar from my job for lunch so not much more than that. Later I will have some fruit.. Christine:)

Christine, I was a bad, bad girl .  It involved some beef patties, cheese, and some potatoes cut into small sections and fried in some slippery and hot substance...enough said.

Hi Christine! Wow!  32g protein bar!!  Good job and. . . it's not beef!! WTG! Well, I ended up eating breakfast at lunchtime.  I had a  1/3  of a Carl's Jr. Charbroiled BBQ Chicken sandwich and about 5 baked Cheetos.   Oh, and one bite of my daughter's Veggie pizza. Til dinnertime. . .

Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup with macaroni shells in it.  YUM.  And I kept it down.  YAY!  Maybe I won't have to run and get a milkshake after all....

Ate out at Wendy's for first time since surgery. One chicken strip and a small amount of a baked potatoe.  Like you I'll get some fruit later.

I had leftover Zucchini Rotini.  I found the recipe in Prevention Magazine.  It was very quick & tasty.  If anyone is interested in the recipe, I posted it in the OZ Diet Club thread.   Tami
