What's for lunch?? Well I am having cheese, oatmeal and a protein cookie.  I just had my protein shake so I will eating this stuff a little later.. Hope everyone is having a good day.. Until dinnertime,  Christine:)

Sauteed chicken and onions with vermicelli and fresh greens.  Dinner is a christmas party but there are always good things there like cold boiled shrimp and fresh veggies to eat. mmmm!  I'll be good, I promise

Yep, I know it's unusual, but I haven't had a problem eating anything!  I took it as slow as my body needed me to, but I'm not having any issues now.

Just finished breakfast...but for lunch I will have leftover Tuscan Beans w/ whole wheat pasta.

I brought two things: cottage cheese and strawberries (the Breakstone doubles) and a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, bacon bits, avocado, and light bleu cheese dressing.  I'm going to try that first, and if it's a no-go, I'll have the cottage cheese (which is what I did yesterday).

My new lo-cal, high protien favorite...9 cold boiled shrimp with a little ****tail sauce for taste.  And a sugar-free jello for dessert.
