Any doctors or nurses on the board?
I have had the same problem as well, after a while it happened in a few other muscles as well. I originally thought it was stress but then was told that it could be a few mineral dificiencies- I was told potassium and also magnesium. Potassium I increased through diet but I now take a magnesium supplement- no more problems!!
V- I worked with a girl who went to the Doctor because hers went on for months. The doc told her that is was the stress, and the twitch lasted the whole last year of nursing school. When she graduated the twitch went away. Maybe it's that twitchy book you are reading.
by the way love the profile, one of my fav songs!

Hey girl -
These sorts of things can often be stress-related. Are you under unusual stress or pressure of some kind? If this is something that has appeared with a new stressor, deal with the stressor as a way to deal iwth the twitch.
I know how frustrating these things are. When I don't get enough sleep, my right eye starts to samba. It's not noticeable to anyone but me, but it's totally aggravating.
