BULLET : chops, mixes and blends !! I am pre op and use it each day to make my protein shakes. It doesnt make a mess, its easy to rinse and clean, takes up a very small space in kitchen!! I love this gadget !! Best $$ I ever spent !!  I would urge anyone to get this, WLS patient or otherwise !! Lucy

I love my bullet.  I use it all the time.  Especially after my fills.  Great for making healthy fruit smoothies.  I used it to turn anything into pureed food and I mean anything.  So if you haven't had the surgery yet don't you'll have trouble getting healthy foods in.  This thing will puree meats, dinty moore, tuna, fish anything you name it!  I never felt deprived.  I even pureed soups to liquids like bean soup, clam chowder, and I can go on.  The skys the limit. Kathleen

Before you buy the magic bullet check out Wolfgang Pucks immersion blender.  It is fantastic.  As for using it I've had it for years.  Did I use it after my surgery for anything in particular, no.  I used canned protein drinks. The powdered ones I tried mixed well without any appliances.  I think a lot of companies are making a lot of money off of WLS.  I didn't get hooked into buying all the special foods and drinks and vitamins that were pushed my way.  You don't need them,  just use common sense and read labels.  I bought a very good high protein sugar free drink at the local supermarket for my liquid phase.  I used broth etc., etc.  It saved me lots of money and worked.  I cook and eat normal food.  I have been at goal for 9 months now, size 4.  So this worked for me.

I have 2 Magic Bullets and they are both going all the time..protein drinks; smoothies; egg salad; ham salad; you name it.  One cup and that is all the mess you have.  It comes with I think 4 cups and lids and it is awesome.  I just recently ordered more cups and lids off e.bay at a good price.  I packed up the blender and the food processor and put them in the garage.  There is nothing these things can't do.  I even have a juicer with one of mine...awesome!! I receive a magic bullet for Christmas (before I even decided on surgery), and I'm so glad to have it now. I am on full liquids and it's a great tool for blending those cream soups, fruits, etc.  I also use it to blend up my Instant Breakfasts because it gets all the "graininess" out of it.  I love mine!
-Maggie- A "STUCK" episode is kinda like the big "O". If you have to ask, you probably didn't have one.
