Strategize for relapses.
If you have a plan on how to deal with a relapse, you'll spend less negative energy on the relapse and be able to get back on track.
Starting weight 330 lbs: 1/2007 At goal weight: 180

The 10 cm band holds much more than 4 cc, if needed. It's not like it is ever "full" . The actual fill level has nothing at all to do with the percentage of the band that is "full" - it has only to do with YOUR stomach thickness and size. Some with this band have good restriction at 0.3 cc, others need even more than the "suggested max" of 4 cc. What you need is what YOU need!
Each fill gets proigressively smaller and smaller, and later on, as little as 0.1 cc (one tenth of one cc) can make the differcned between "good" and "too tight."
AS good fill also has little to do with what you can eat, or the zabiloity to gulp, or other subjective things like thus. It has to do with feeling satisfied (wityha good band meal) for 3-4 hrs, with losing the average 1-2# a week over a month or so, and a few other things.
I'm not sure why you are eating breads or pizza, even if you can! There are many foods to avoid for safety and good loss, whethjer or not we "can" eat them. The fill and band is never the entire solution - there must be many changes in eating choices and lifestlye, if we want to,lose. - whether or not the band makes us change1
