Throwing up???
I've only had 3 PB episodes in almost 6 months. I do however slime about every other day, usually because something distracts me and I end up swallowing before I've chewed throughly. I manage to get through it without any vomiting though. Vomiting that often would definitely scare me. I'd talk to a doctor about it pretty soon. A tiny unfil may be in order.
I am not alone, neither are you.
I am with everyone else who says you need to talk to your Doctor. You say you aren't too tight but I am not so sure on that. I have only thrown up once and that was quite enough thanks.
Don't think gas should make you dizzy - as noted by someone else - are you on BP meds and should they be adjusted? good luck, I am worried about you with all of that throwing up.

AWWW thanks... I am not on BP meds... last time I checked it, it was 102 over 78... maybe it is a bit low.... but I don't take meds for it.
I will call my doc.
Thanks
Amy, this fill is too much and you need some out. If you are getting stuck, feeling ill, and barfing, you need some out before you have a slip or worse. You ARE too tight! THese are the symptoms of "too tight" !!

Thanks Sandy.... it is hard for me to tell because some days I can eat and no problem but that is not most of the time. Salad however goes down very easy and I seem to be craving it. I will call the Doc today.....

You are very obviously too tight. PBing (which is puking from the pouch) should be so infrequent you can hardly remember the last time it happened. If you're PBing several times a week, that's the number one huge symptom of overrestriction.
I have to wonder what your impression of good restriction is? It shouldn't be blatant. It's merely getting to "not physically hungry anymore" after a properly portioned meal and then not getting physically hungry again for 3-4 hours afterwards. The band isn't there to force us to stop eating but to simply help give us satiety on a sensibly portioned meal. We should only "feel" restriction if we've screwed up (overeaten beyond the soft stop, forgotten to chew, eaten a food our band just won't tolerate, or eating too quickly). If every meal is ending with pressure or a "stuck" feeling, that's not good.
I'd strongly suggest a slight unfill before you end up with a slipped band...
Nancy
