flappy belly and running

I suggest in getting  the Oprah Bra...Its made by  "ENELL"...for around $60.00 .  Its the best investment ever made. I have to go and buy a new one I  now have lost so much in my boob area that I have to get a smaller size....because now when i run i flap...........

I second this opinion.  I have the same problem with "the girls" when exercising and this bra makes ALL the difference in the world.  I ordered mine off Ebay (check the Enell site first to know what size you need)......and I love it! Go with Enell!

I wear support briefs that I buy at Wal-Mart that cost around $3 a pair. They hold everything in place. Diana

 I agree... I have a couple of pair of support briefs from Walmart they are comfortable,very light weight, and do the job as well as those that cost much much more .. but they are not confining ..

I wear a pair of spandx exerise shorts under my other shorts and seems to hold the belly in some.  It helps when I'm running.  Great job on your weight loss!! AJ

I buy sports bras at walmart (3 for $10) and wear 2 when I run.  Works for me!

Look up this product (SPANX).  This is a control underwear that is really supposed to hold it all in.  The Layne Bryant I went to here in Kentucky carries them.
