OT: Are you ready for the Holidays yet?

Well I am NOT.. I still have to gather my thoughts and get out there.. The mall was so crowded this morning that I didn't even feel like doing anything.. Are you ready? CN

Yep and I did almost all of it online.  All packages have arrived except for one that I bought yesterday for ME!!  It'll get here though.  Good luck out there!!  It seems kinda scary to me!

NO not at all ready...i think this comes from being young parents and having to wait for the paycheck before xmas to do are shopping...but now that we are older..and can afford to shop months before xmas..we still wait until the last week...you think we would have learned by now...oh well..I have managed to buy a few things...but I have always been this way ...I am a last minute person with everything in my life...hmmm sounds like a good new years resolution to me LOL

Pretty much. We went out this morning and got a couple of food items we need for a friend's Christmas. We have one 8 year girl left to shop for, but she's easy. She likes everything you give her. I did most of the shopping online as I have for probably ten years. I really hate malls and so the little store shopping I do is tiny gift shops that are locally owned so I can support local merchants. Much less crowding that way. Connie

All done apart from perishables. Being a bargin queen i started my present shopping in January, and got the bulk of the others in the summer sales.  My stepdaughter is just wrapping them now (apart from her own) so i can deliver them all tomorrow

Well thanks Christine......I really have been having a hard time. The scale has not moved in like for freakin ever....I have to have minor surgery in Jan, so I will be unfilled 12/29 for about a week or two and from what the nurse says, He will start the fills from the beginning again....Hope I dont gain much YIKES    You're looking great, as always.
