Chicken Pineapple Terriaki Meatballs from Sam's Club

How many carbs are in 4?  I have to stay under 30 carbs and if they are low carb too and only 80 calories for 4 (which I assume would be enough for a banded person for lunch?) then I will go buy some :o) Kim
