Gaining weight back!

Boy can I relate to this one!  I had my lapband surgery the 2nd of Nov/06.......initially lost 40 lbs.  Last June I had to stop getting fills for awhile because my mom was so ill.  I gained 12 lbs. back from June 2007-Jan. 2008.  Recently I have gotten a fill .... lost 3 lbs. went back 2 weeks later and the doctor gave me another .25 cc.  I have a total now of 3.5 cc but no weight loss.  So I am back tracking my calories, etc.  stepping up exercise.  I feel I have good restriction...but I'm not loosing.  It is frustrating.  A lot of members don't understand when you are over a year out the challenges change.  Hang in there...........please talk to your doctor again.  I know I'm glad I did!  Good luck!! -Holly (Bradenton, FL)
