How did YOU move today, peeps? I did a Body Combat class and 1/2 hour on the treadmill.

Krista, What the heck is Body Combat?! I did 40 min of walking today.  Plus taking my dog to the vet and preventing him from attacking all the other critters in the waiting room...he's small but feisty! Jean

I did  30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes recumbent bike, and walked 1 mile on the treadmill.  Jessica

It poured here today, so no walk at lunchtime.... didn't have much time for anything else.

Body Combat?  Are you working out with Harvey from Celebrity Fit Club?!  lolHarvey Walden I did 30 min on my rebounder, 30 on the treadmill and 30 on the recumbent bike. And, I plan on dancing tonight for about 4 hours, going to see 3 bands tonight.

I walked 25 minutes during lunch.  Then I went roller skating this evening.  This was a monday night ritual for me before surgery so this was the first day skating since surgery.  It was soo much fun.  We don't just skate, we free style skate so we get LOTS of exercise:)

Body Combat sounds cool.  I did a 60 min. spinning class, followed by a 15 min. abs class, followed by a 60 min. weight lifting class.  My husband went with me today.

I walked 3 miles today and had an hour jazzercise class. I feel good! Someone told me I needed to buy new pants today because mine were sagging. Yay!
