D: Chicken with mushrooms & Dijon mustard sauce, veggie (probably broccoli), banana & pear with ff yogurt & Splenda

I'm on my liquid pre op

B: Protein shake (whey and milk... I'm buying some Hood SOON! I didn't realize 1% still had so many cals, I have to use 1 1/2 cups of milk in order to choke down the shake) and grits
S: Cottage cheese
L: Tomato Soup with cumin and chili powder (I'll call it Faux Chili lol)
S: Danon lite n fit yogurt cup
D: Strained broccoli & cheese soup
S: Protein shake

About 1100ish calories

I'm trying to spread my food and calories out well throughout the day so I don't end up REALLY hungry too long before my next meal.
