B-nothing
L-3 oz. deli ham with a slice of reduced fat colby-jack cheese rolled up in a 1/4 slice of lavash bread (only 25 calories)with spicy mustard
D-4oz. baked chicken breast, 1 bite of corn, 1 bite of rice, 1 bite of stuffing and a grapefruit
S-I may have something if I get hungry seeing how I've only eaten twice today (about 430 calories) but as of right now I am still full. IF I eat again I think I will have some nuts or something.
