B - GNC Whey protein shake  w/ sk milk
S -  2 oz  yogurt
L -  Tuna - 2-l/2 oz - 1 oz salad - 5 Carr Water crackers
S - 2 oz yogurt
D - 1/2 WW meal
S - 2 oz no sug ice pop

 For me.....


B: Leftover chicken salad.

L: 3 Healthy ham/turkey roll ups with 1/3 slice WW cheese on each and cucumber slices and light veggie dip.

D: Not 100% yet. Might try some turkey sausage!

B:  Nothing
L: Attempted Chicken Fajitas but got stuck after a couple of bites so I boxed it up and had some cottage cheese and blueberries about an hour late.
D:  I'll be able to get the fajitas down so I'll eat that

B-nothing

L-3 oz. deli ham with a slice of reduced fat colby-jack cheese rolled up in a 1/4 slice of lavash bread (only 25 calories)with spicy mustard

D-4oz. baked chicken breast, 1 bite of corn, 1 bite of rice, 1 bite of stuffing and a grapefruit

S-I may have something if I get hungry seeing how I've only eaten twice today (about 430 calories) but as of right now I am still full.  IF I eat again I think I will have some nuts or something.

L: Atkins peanut meal bar

D: Crock Pot roast w onions, green beans...1/2 Atkins endulge coconut bar

S: for Gator game a few nuts if hungry (GO GATORS!)

Lapband 6/08 90 pounds lost!  Band slip and esophageal dilation diagnosed 5/15
