For me, it's:

B: Pork Steak, apple or pear
L: Leftover Dijon chicken with mushrooms, sliced cucumbers, pear
D: Italian chicken stew, broccoli, banana & pear with FF yogurt & Splenda

S:  1/2 cot. cheese
L:  cheese and turkey rollups
S:  22 dry roasted almonds
D:  ?  Don't know yet.  I forgot to set something out of the freezer.  I'll have to find something to defrost.

L: Chicken salad w/ light mayo
S: 6 raw almonds and 6 baby carrots
D: Leftover spaghetti squash with red sauce and grated parm.

So far I'm having:

B: Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Bacon and Carb Master Yogurt
L: Grilled Chicken Salad (not sure which dressing yet)
D: No have idea......

      12 almondine crackers (OMG, they are too good, I only intended to eat 4!!! and had to give the
       rest of the package away to a coworker)
L:  Progresso Light veg barley soup
      WW yogurt
S:  fiber one bar, if hungry
D:  3 oz beef tenderloin, butternut squash, bean sprouts
S:  60 cal pudding

L. Lettuce and 6oz taco meat w/ranch dressing
D. 6 oz Grilled chicken with lettuce

L=Lean Cuisine (meatloaf & Mashed potatoes)

D=Burrito, wet with cheese and FF sour cream, will eat 1/2.
