For me, it's:
B: Pork Steak, apple or pear
L: Leftover Dijon chicken with mushrooms, sliced cucumbers, pear
D: Italian chicken stew, broccoli, banana & pear with FF yogurt & Splenda

B: 2/3 c cottage cheese
12 almondine crackers (OMG, they are too good, I only intended to eat 4!!! and had to give the
rest of the package away to a coworker)
L: Progresso Light veg barley soup
WW yogurt
S: fiber one bar, if hungry
D: 3 oz beef tenderloin, butternut squash, bean sprouts
S: 60 cal pudding
