I have 5cc in my 10cc band - my surgeon refuses to put anymore because he thinks I've done pretty darn good. If I eat solid foods, I still have good restriction.

Strategize for relapses.
If you have a plan on how to deal with a relapse, you'll spend less negative energy on the relapse and be able to get back on track.

I have a 10cc band and now again have 5 cc's.......I had been unfilled a few weeks ago after being way too tight.....(lost 7 lbs. ovenight!!!). I have a bit of restriction after yesterdays fill.

I have 5.5cc's in my 10cc band. I had 6cc's which was my sweet spot, but last week after getting a small fill I was vomiting so he took me down to 5.5cc. I still have restriction although I can eat more than before but I'm sticking to protein and very low carbs and I've been ok.

I agree with Becka, if you think you need a fill, go and have a small one, maybe .5cc and hang around the area for a few hours so if you need an unfill you can get one. That's exactly what I'm going to do if I decide I need a little more fill next month.

I have had about 8 fills and one unfill.... or something like that. I am at about 9ccs in my 10cc band. Good restriction.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I have just over 6 cc's in an AP Large 14cc band.

I have ZERO restriction. I do however seem to have something if I drink just before I eat. Someone compared this to loading the muzzle and the liquid is the bullet. But for me it was the other way around. I won't do that again! I was scheduled for a 3cc fill, but it was unsuccessful.

I have about 1.6 or 1.7 in a 4 cc band. The most I ever had was about 2.3 and I found it too tight.
