D: Either beef steak or sauteed salmon, veggie, bananas & pear w/FF yogurt & Splenda
B: Coffee w/cream
S: Protein shake w/water (5 carbs)
L: Turkey & Cheese rollups
D: BK Stacker (2 carbs for the sauce)
Carbs: 7
*Just a note to those doing low carbing - watch your sugar alcohol consumption. I found these chocolate covered marshmallows that were Sugar Free but the sugar alcohol was tremendous (and I didn't notice that). Then I gained 6 pounds in 1 week. I'm pretty sure the Sugar Alcohol was the guilty party. So now I'm re-losing 6 pounds. This sucks, but I learned my lesson.
