What are we eating this Monday?
B - coffee with 2 tbsp vanilla caramel creamer, bananas and cream oatmeal
L - 2 oz smoked roast beef, 1 slice smoked gouda, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 1 Arnold's Sandwich Thin (whole wheat), 1 can diet dr pepper
S - 2 clementines
D - 6 oz baked salmon, 2 small crab cakes (homemade), ceasar salad, 1 cup sauteed zucchini
S - either 1/4 cup raspberry sorbet, or 100 calorie bag of popcorn
B- Sausage Cups- Pre cooked in convenient muffin tin to eat at work
-1 precooked sausage patty
-1/4 southwestern eggbeaters
-sprinkle of cheese
Snack- Coffee with protein powder
Lunch- half a green bell pepper stuffed with tuna w/ mayo
Dinner- ?
I have actually only gotten to my coffee which I am sipping at present and it is almost 1pm here so the Lunch is tentative... it might be dinner instead

D: BBQ chicken & Sweet potato fries

I was starving when I got up and had an 1/8 cup of trail mix (73 calories) to hold me until breakfast break at work
B-1/4 cup egg beater with fat free cheddar cheese, 2 turkey bacon strips, 1/2 low fat cottage cheese single ( for whatever reason I just can't stand the low fat cottage cheese, but thought I'd try again...and had to eat it with fresh pineapple just to get it down) and a fresh pineapple spear
L-salad with morningstar mushroom lover veggie burger and fat free cheddar cheese in it....with my altered good seasons italian dressing ( I use just a tiny bit of oil, maybe 1/8 of whats called for and then extra vinegar and water. It still has the same taste but without all that oil)
D-(BAD I KNOW) but goulash and then a honey bell orange(MMM soo good!)
l - tuna with cheese (no bread)
s - fiber one bar
d - 3 turkey meatballs
s - protein shake lite from the gym
