Welcome to the TGIF edition of What are we eating?

Unfortunately, stress, worry, etc. led me to blow it last night (chocolate chips, anyone?), but I'm back on the wagon today with:

B: Pork steak, apple
L: Chipotle chicken w/apples & raisins, pear
D: Roast chicken, veggie, sliced bananas & peaches with FF yogurt & Splenda

I am learning that stress is weird with my band. If I am hellishly stressed, then I feel tight and don't want to eat.  If I am only severely stressed, overeating and making bad food choices suddenly becomes appealing.  Weird.

D: Chipotle chicken with apples & raisins,  veggie, sliced banana, peaches, and pear with FF yogurt & Splenda

B: Protein shake (Lean Dessert Banana Nut Bread with Skim Milk)
S: 100 calorie bag pretzels
L: 1 cup crab salad
S: 1/2 cup blackberries + 2 pieces cheddar cheese
D: 3/4 cup palak paneer + 2 glasses white wine

Need less fat, more protein.....gotta work on that!

pre b- decaf coffee
       B- 4 oz protein shake 24 grams protein 
       l- tuna salad sf sweet pickles 1 tbls mayo 1 egg maybe 5 crackers
       s- 2 ff ballpark franks chopped up with 1 tbls spoon chili and 2 oz of coleslaw so good and just what i needed i was craving something bad and this helped me :)
       d- tilipia and some veggies (i may do a protein shake for dinner 4oz vanilla )
       s- sf popsicles

im trying hard to stick with it its tough !!
