I just got my second fill on Thurs and am on my last day of liquids. :)
B- Smoothie with 1 scoop Nectar vanilla protein powder, 1tbsp PB2, milk and some SF vanilla Davinci
L- bean and bacon soup, pureed with the hand blender.
S- Smoothie-Not sure what's gonna go in it besides the protein powder
D- the rest of the bean and bacon soup..or some lentil soup. It depends on what I am in the mood for. :)
S- Healthwise hot chocolate- 15gms protein and pretty yummy. Sometimes I give it a shot or 2 of the SF peppermint paddy davinci syrup. Yummy
