When you get to "The sweet spot" you will not be hungry between meals. You will be able to go 3-5 hrs. without hunger after eating a bandster meal of solid protein Btw. 2-4 oz. and then a bit of veggies, and fruit. Keep it healthy

You may still experience head hunger but that is different.

your sweetspot is what is also referred to as the green zone.  see the chart below.  it usually takes people several fills before you have enough restriction to be in the green zone.

Good question!

I think you'll get a lot of very varied responses to this.

For me:

At my sweet spot, I can eat 1/2 cup of food at a time, my meals keep me satisfied for 2-3 hrs, and I am losing 1-2 lbs/week.

2 weeks post-op is probably too soon to be looking for your sweet spot.  But you will get there, sooner or later.

I dont believe that  there is such a thing. But some might say that is it when you are losing 2-3 lbs a week and not feeling hunger.
