For the first day since Xmas I can say that I ate well yesterday AND today!! (It is early evening here now).

B- skinny latte (usual!)
L - battered fish (healthy style batter!), beans
S - 4 crackers / skinny latte
D - home made meat loaf with mashed potatoes/swede

I want to lose a few pounds to get to the bottom end of my range again! I am still in my range at 145 but would feel more comfortable to be at the 141 end again! So trying to be good!

Kate

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

You are on mushies and eating meatloaf?  I was not allowed any ground beef, pork, regular beef or ham as they said, this early out.  Please be careful, because allowing you one thing like this leads to another and poor eating habits.  I am not fussing at you, just want you to be careful and pay attention to what you take in.
