Also which ones do you buy? I am so sorry if this has been asked a billion times, but I am preop and need to start taking my vitamins now. I already have lost so much hair from PCOS that I am trying to minimize to the best of my ability the loss after surgery. I am kinda on a budget so where ever I can save some money would be great. Thanks in advance.

I was just taking the Centrum chewable multi. and I would get that at Walgreen's.

I have now switched to the Bariatric Advantage VitaBand chewable. They are formulated for bandsters. I bought these from www.bariatricadvantage.com
however, at my last doctors appointment I noticed they were selling them there so I will probably just buy them at the doctors office next time.

As far as the hair loss, I too have it but not from PCOS mine is from weight loss and my doctor said there's nothing you can do to stop it. It will stop when the body stabilizes. But, keeping your daily protein BTW 60-90g. per day and taking your vitamins will help too.

I buy mine at www.vitacost.com

I like shopping in the convenience of my home when people are not getting in my way and I have time to research.  Their NSI brand is the best.  I buy fishoil that is flavored with strawberry so there is no aftertaste, it comes in a gel type pill.  I highly recomend vitacost.com.

I also order VitaBand chewables online.  My surgeon recommended it.  Not sure it is the cheapest, but it prevents me from having to buy multiple supplements so perhaps that makes up for it.

I take CVS brand Spectravite chewables. They often have a buy-one-get one-free sale so you get twice as much.

I buy the Wal greens generic Centrum chewable...and I got my surgeon to write a prescription for it so that I can use my health care card......Target has a line of gummy adult chewables...but I don't do well with gummy type candy so I didn't want to risk it!
