anyone know how to cook ribs so they are nice and tender and not dry?
 What kind of ribs?  If you're making pork ribs, throw them on the grill (plain, no sauce or seasoning) and brown them on both sides, first.  Then, put them in a roasting pan, cover them with your sauce, cover with foil, and bake them in the oven at 250 degrees for 3-4 hours.  They're so tender and moist, the meat literally falls apart.
