I am feeling the same way, I was banded on June 16, and I have lost 25lbs. But I have not lost anything in 3 weeks!!!! I walk 3 to 4 miles a day  and I am somewhere  around 1,000 to1200 calories a day. I have only had one fill of 1cc, so I really think I need another fill for sure for one thing, I am just so terribly frustrated right now, and afraid that this isn't going to work for me either.

I do not think you need another fill, and I believe that your not taking in enough calories for the amount of exercise your doing.  Try cutting back on the excerise or increase your calorie intake.

Boy do I understand how you feel!  I will have another fill soon, but dont even think that is the issue.  If I am not putting the calories in my body I should be losing weight. I am only eating super healthy stuff. I havent had white flour or sugar since my surgery.  I log every calorie.  I have never been this good and lost this little.  I want this so bad and dont know what I can do better.

I lost 27 lbs total the first 6 weeks post op.  Remember, your body is going through a lot of change.  You dropped a big chunk of weight and your metabolism and stomach are probably saying, "Hey!  Where's all that food we used to get!"  You body may be holding on to what it's getting but it will let go of the weight as your system adjusts.  Keep doing what you're doing.  You will lose it and will have a nice drop soon most likely.  Are you constipated?  Make sure you are taking soluable fiber to keep things regular.

I think you're right on track and I've lost 104 lbs working the same program that you are, (800-1000 calories).

Don't weigh everyday if you are.  I have limited myself to 2x a week because I was driving myself nuts with the fluctuations that occur naturally.

All the best!

Thanks for the encouragement.  Hearing that you have had the same experience is very encouraging.  You are all doing so well !   I will follow your instructions...but I do have a question.  What kind of soluble fiber do you reccomend?  I could do better in that dept. for sure.

I use Benefiber. It comes in the individual packets like Crystal Light so you can carry it in your handbag or desk drawer, etc.  I can't detect any flavor and it's not thick like some of the others.

Well, you have to look at the bigger picture.
Yes -- you have lost 1 pound in 3 weeks, but you have lost 26 pounds in 7 weeks.
That is almost 4 pounds per week ---- WAY, WAY, WAY ahead of the curve.

You need to breathe --- and understand that there will be times when the scale does not tell the whole story -- and your body is changing and adjusting to your surgery, fluid distortions, etc.

Keep trusting that if you eat less, move more, drink plenty of water and get adequate rest, the scale will eventually catch up.

I did the exact thing you have done.  I lost 27 lbs in 4 weeks and then did not lose but 1/2 lb in 5 weeks.  Then during the 5th week I had a 6 lbs drop.  25 lbs in 4 weeks is ALOT of weight and you body is trying to catch up.  You will be fine, as many of the others have said, just keep up what you're doing and when you least expect it, suddenly you will have that big drop.

Keep up the faith, you're doing a great job.

I have to agree that you aren't getting enough calories. You have to eat to lose weight. The initial 25 could have been alot of water weight.
Also, my husband and I were just talking about this an hour ago. I actually like my plateaus because that seems to be when my body is playing catch up and my clothes start fitting different. When I plateau for 2 weeks you can bet I have gone down another size and I go shopping.
