Can sugar free hawaiian punch cause heartburn?
I have been having a little bit of heartburn, nothing bad, but sometimes I'll take a couple tums to help. I have been drinking sugar free hawaiian punch lately instead of my usual crystal light because it was on sale (trying to save some $
) and noticed that it seems to happen when I'm drinking it. Does anyone else have this issue or know something about it?
I'm not too tight so I don't think it's that.

Isn't it funny that certain weird things cause heartburn? I know iced tea will give me heart burn - and I dearly love iced tea. Any kind, any way... and as mentioned - so does some propel. The other weird thing is Aquifina water - I can't drink it no matter what - it gives me terrible heart burn - weird huh? I can drink the Sam's Club water -and Dasani water -but Aquifina gives me heartburn everytime. I would just stop it for a few days - see if it goes away -then test it and try it again... you should know. Anne
Oh, I am so glad that you posted. I get heartburn only when drinking water and come to think of it I haven't tried a different type because I have googled and searched and can't find anything on water causing heartburn......I was going to get a slight unfill on the 9th.....
But I don't get heartburn at night, or from eating spicy foods even hot sauce but if I drink water and or haven't eaten in a while I get heartburn mostly in the afternoon.
Strange, but I am so glad you mentioned it because I am going to try a different type of water.......I drink the filtered water from my refrigerator......it is well water that is treated with salt due to the hardness.......maybe it doesn't filter out enough.
