Carnation Instant Breakfast. A good meal supplement?
When I'm in a rush in the morning & need a quick breakfast I mix a No Sugar Added Instant Carnation with a scoop & a half of my vanilla protein powder, a half cup of 1% milk, a banana, and 7 ice cubes for a quick shake & I get almost 50 grams of protein out of it. Drinking it by itself w/out the added protein is a total waste & doesn't keep me full at all!
