Surgeon said everything looked good.  Band was in a good place, and no esosophugal (sp?) swelling.

We both suspect the reason for my weight gain is mainly the 2 evil words.....LIQUID CALORIES.  Too many calories as a whole, but mainly liquid calories.  Just need to cut that out.  East solid meals.

So I'm going back to visit with him in a month.  Looking forward to it.  I want him to see a smaller # on the scale.

So, there ya go!

You'll do it!!  Just keep joining the challenges and keep focused......One day at a time, or in my case, sometimes just one minute at a time!!

That's great news, Brock.  I was a little worried about esophageal dilation, but you came through with flying colors.

Hey Brock, I personally think this is great news! i know you were torn, but this seems like such a small easy fix. You know what you have to do and that solution is much better than another surgery or starting over from scratch.

Congratulations on getting a relatively clean bill of health!

I'm happy it wasn't something serious.  Now you know what you have to do.  You can do it.

Well Brock, I'm glad it's not a thing that's going to cause surgery or such!  Knowing you, you will put all this behind you and charge through the weight loss!

Good luck!

That is great news.  Those darn liquid calories do it every time.
