My brother and I on the bikes after I took a very scary spill! Going to weigh myself am to see if kayaking, biking and a 5k helped me lose any weight!

If only I had not done it Friday when I arrived along with the Biking. Yes all in one day!
I wanted to beat him in the 5k on Sunday but I was hurting so needless to say he and my sister beat me.
