A Fun WOW Moment...

We were doing some window shopping over at the Avenue at White Marsh. We got down to the end and there was an Old Navy store that the girls just had to go in. They dissapeared with my wife so I started looking at the clothes. Bottom line, I bought a pair of jeans, a bathing suit, and two shirts. I have never been able to buy anything at Old Navy before. How cool is that???? :-)

Dave, That is really cool!!! I remember my first shopping expedition for myself to Old Navy. Now it's one of my favorite places to shop and I need to stay out of there .. have Old Navy credit card .. can charge

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
