3 THINGS FOR FRIDAY!!!

Today I'm thankful...1.) That it's Friday!!!!
...can anyone say, "loooong week?"...2.) For Icy Hot - the cream and the Patch. I set the treadmill for 50 minutes on the fat burn program (total workout time was 60 minutes) and boy was I feeling it last night and this morning. The Icy Hot helped me make it through the night....3.) For the company gym. The treadmill kicked my butt yesterday, but I'm going back to do it again right after work. I'll see some of you tomorrow at the planning meeting. I'm looking forward to seeing you there. Have a great weekend everyone! Peace and Blessings, -Antoinette

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

OK here's mine for the beginning of the weekend! Grateful for many things but today these are the ones that stick out the most in my mind. 1. Openness and honesty among the people I care the most about. That no matter what it's OK to say how you feel and be over and done with it and move forward. As my daddy has shown me, life is way too short. 2. Gonna copy here......my OH friends and family.....new and old. Ya'll really make WLS life a lot better when it's a hard day or week! 3. A weekly paycheck. I work in the auto industry and I see these sales men struggling right now to make ends meet and it's scary stuff! I get an hourly salary and no matter how bad sales are I still get paid!!!! Looking forward to a great weekend!!!!
