Congratulations

Thanks Jilly.  I have been really good since surgery.  I've got it in my mind that "sugar will make me sick"  (lets say it together). . .  "sugar will make me sick."  It is just another one of my mantras.  So I haven't eaten hardly any since surgery!!!

I am so proud of you and you know Dr. K will be proud of you too!!! Yeah he's a hard a$$ but he only does it because he cares I am in the same boat I do not want to disappoint him. Can we say verbally beaten into submission? LOL

That is awsome. You should be very proud of yourself. They put a new DD up near m nail place and for weeks had a big coffee on top the roof and banners and I tempted one night my craving for a sprinkle donut. Yup I did it and I didnt beat myself up over it. But I have probably been back once since then. 1 and my craving is gone
