Hey all lets stay accountable since this is a very crucial time of the year. All this candy is driving me batty but I am promising myself that I will behave. 

Yesterday:

B- 12 oz coffee, 1 scrambled egg with a slice of American cheese on whole wheat bread

L- 4 oz homemade beef stew with 2 oz of mashed potatoes

D- chicken thigh, with one medium tomatoe, 2 baby carrots

S- 1 small cupcake, 1 string cheese

All my water and all my vitmains

yesterday I had:

b - 2 veggie sausage links and oatmeal

l - protein shake and peanuts

d - two chicken tenderloins and a couple table spoons of cream of chicken soup.

all my liquids and vits.
