Ok so i have a new love and I have to make sure I don't over do it so I am doing to you about it. lol
I have been having the coffeemate Vanilla Chai creamer it is 35 calories and only 5 grams of suger per serving. it is so good that i have to stop myself from drinking coffee 3 or 4 times a day. lol Lord help me I am already on my second cup of coffee in 2 hours.
B- 12 oz coffee with coffeemate yummo, oatmeal s/f
S- 12 oz coffee with coffeemate again
L- 30 grams protein bar
D- baked chicken thigh with 1 tomatoe and 8 slices of beets
S- a handful of trail mix
All my water and vitamins

b: protein shake (milk/protein powder)
s: gluten free cracklebred w/ laughing cow wedge
fluids: 3/4 cup coffee w/ creamer, fiber water (ten grams fiber)
l: chili 30 grams protein
not sure what else i am eating. hopefully i will make it til i get home, then have some other type of soup. i am obsesses with soup right now.

I am so sorry i missed this post. I purchased it at my Super Walmart!! it is Coffeemate liquid in the fridge the milk section. Yummy! I am so hooked on it. lol
