GREAT SITE & PRODUCTS
Hey guys!!
Our lovely Kathy recently gifted me with a bag of s/f pumpkin spice cappucino mix (sweetened with Splenda). You nuke skim milk or water and add a scoop of this powder, or a little more, depending upon your taste - and YUM-O!!!! This stuff was awesome!!!
The site it's available on is www.ronandfranks.com.
Check it out!!!

I'm soooooo glad you posted that, because I promised to email it to Deb, and completely forgot. I was TIRED yesterday, lol.
You won't be disappointed with products from this site. I talked to one of the owners at the Sugarloaf craft festival when we were there. His brother is diabetic, which is why they decided to start making these mixes in the first place. They are very passionate about their products, and bringing healthy products that taste as good as their with sugar alternatives. Both the with sugar and with splenda make the same number of servings. The other containers are bigger, because sugar takes up more space in the container than splenda. I think it's great that they don't charge extra for the sugar free, or give you less servings. So many products do that.
I mix my capp or hot cocoa with milk for extra protein, but I've done it with water too, and there is no real difference in taste or texture. They are just GREAT stuff! I put 2 scoops in my travel mug with milk in the AM, and it's really yummy and luckily my mug keeps it warm for about 2 hours. I checked out all the bags I have bought so far, and they are all 20 calories a serving when mixed with water.
I just placed an order for the brownie mix (along with new flavor to try of capp and more chai)so I will make it for our next get together and we can all try together (incentive for more people to join in the fun).
