Daily Workout!!!

Hi all,

Yesterday sucked for exercise but I finally cooked something. Not sure yet how it came out but I attempted to make chicken soup. I may have to keep trying! If anyone has a good chicken soup recipe, let me know.

Today I see my personal trainer. I will be doing probably 20-30 min on treadmill and weights, floor stuff.

Hey Nic:

I did my weight circuit and 30 minutes on the treadmill and took the water pilates class:
I bailed on the aerobic class though:  Today is Bowling night so my right arm will get a great
workout LOL

Hi Nicole

Did my personal trainer lastnight and he kicked my but. Havnt been in a while and finally back in the game with that (been to the gym here and there but nothing big)

So this morning I am sore. Not doing anything tonight since I have support group tommorow night I have to prepare for.

Sunday morning gonna hit the gym since friday and saturday night are booked.

Hey Nicole,

Where do you work-out and which trainer?? I thought I read in previous posts you are at Bally's. Is that so, and which one.  I joined the one in White Marsh

I had a good exercise day yesterday with 1/2 hr. on the treadmill and 2 water classes. I feel energized today. So I plan to go to the gym tonight for the weight circuit and the treadmill.

colleen i do go to the bally's at white marsh. i usually just go there for swimming though. my personal trainer is not affiliated w/ my gym. she is just someone i found a couple years back who does private stuff. she comes to my work gym and helps me work out.

Good morning Nic,

Today is a new day don't worry about yesterday sweetie.

Enjoy your time at the gym.  I wish I had a persoanl trainer I know it makes a world of a difference.

Today I will walk for an hour on the treadmill and I will be volunteering in Gianna's school for 2 1/2 hours at the bookfair so that will be it for today.
